Accidental Bodily Injury (Accidental Results)

Definition
The less restrictive definition of an accident: only the resulting injury must be unexpected and unintended — the act that caused it may have been deliberate. This is the commonly accepted, legally valid definition in use today.
Example
Robert voluntarily jumps from a questionable but reasonable height and gets hurt. Under the "results" definition his policy PAYS — the jump was intentional, but the injury wasn't.
Exam tip
Results definition = only the RESULT must be accidental. Most policies use this one.
