Application Signatures
Definition
Minimum two: the applicant and the producer. Third-party ownership (applicant ≠ insured) adds the proposed insured's signature — three total. The beneficiary NEVER signs. Exception: a minor proposed insured (a parent/guardian applies).
Exam tip
"Everyone signs except the beneficiary" — a favorite exam trap.
