Future Increase Option (Guaranteed Insurability)

Definition
Lets the insured buy additional DI coverage at specified future dates with NO evidence of insurability — but only if income has risen, and it's use-it-or-lose-it. Also called APO or GPO. Fixes the flat-amount policy's inability to track income growth.
