Common Medical Expense Exclusions

Definition
Excluded from essentially all medical expense policies: elective cosmetic procedures · experimental therapies · care in government facilities · work-related injuries and occupational diseases (those belong to workers' compensation).
Exam tip
'Injured on the job' → workers' comp pays, health insurance excludes. A classic elimination answer.
