Entire Contract Provision
Definition
The policy + attached application + riders/endorsements make up the WHOLE contract. Nothing outside can be incorporated by reference; only a duly authorized officer of the insurer — never the agent — can change it, and only by a signed endorsement or rider (F.S. 627.460).
