Entire Contract Clause (Health)
Definition
Mandatory provision defining the full agreement as the policy form + signed application + attachments (riders/endorsements). External materials and verbal agreements carry no weight; after issue, terms can't change without the insured's written consent, and any change must be approved by an executive officer of the insurer and added by endorsement or rider.
