Since 2020, Plans C & F (which cover the Part B deductible) are closed to newly eligible members — D & G are their replacements; F & G have high-deductible versions. K & L pay partial percentages until an out-of-pocket cap, then 100%. Contract rules: 30-day free look · guaranteed renewable for life · loss ratios 65% individual / 75% group · premium methods: issue-age, attained-age, or community rating.
